Achieving the highest accolade of distinction from the UK’s foremost authority on customer service clearly demonstrates our commitment to lead in customer experience.
The Quality Management System we operate has been independently certified at ISO9001 standard since 1996 and our Environmental Management System has met the requirements of ISO14001:20404 since July 2009.
To ensure we are always at the forefront of data management and security, Inchcape Fleet Solutions were the first fleet management company in the UK to achieve the ISO/IEC 27001 certification for our Information Management system in 2012.
Inchcape Fleet Solutions have also successfully achieved certification of the Government’s Cyber Essentials scheme which is designed to improve the resilience of UK businesses to cyber security threats and provide verifiable certification of their robustness.
We are also members of the BVRLA (British Vehicle Rental and Leasing Association).
